I think have proper leadership has the greatest impact on defining a company culture. Attitudes of leaders can create problems because these attitudes can trickle down into the workforce. Worse yet negative attitudes of leadership can create a negative culture. This negative culture can be worse than the company lacking adaptability; it can also create resistance that can damage brand. For example, resistance that creates poor customer service or reduced quality of work can damage the brand. When leadership has poor attitudes, this can severely impact the workforce because the individual worker is more apt to adopt these behaviors and attitudes because of the influence of leadership.
